  31. Moodle (open source) http://www.moodle.org.  Probably the most widely used open source system. Developed by Martin Dougiamas in Australia.
  32. MyiCourse http://www.myicourse.com/ Not technically open source but a free web-based service for developing and posting courses.  Primarily aimed at smaller organizations that want to develop courses.  Advertiser supported.

  34. Sakai http://www.sakaiproject.org/ Sakai has taken several other open source initiatives under its wing which makes it a strong player.
